New Client Consultation (Telehealth) This is the first step in your weight loss journey! Our collaborative nurse practitioner will review your medical history via telehealth to ensure you’re a safe candidate for our medical weight loss program. We offer Semaglutide + B6 and Tirzepatide + B6. Once approved, our Nurse Heather will follow up to answer questions and help you choose the best option for your goals.

Established Client Weight Loss

Monthly Progress Check-In Stay on track with your weight loss goals! This follow-up visit is for current clients using semaglutide + B6 or tirzepatide + B6. We’ll review your progress, address any side effects, adjust your plan or dose if needed, and provide ongoing support with nutrition, exercise, and goal-setting. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Weekly Weight Loss Injection

This quick visit is for clients enrolled in our weight loss program who prefer weekly dosing of Semaglutide + B6 or Tirzepatide + B6. Injections are administered in-office by Nurse Heather. A great option for those wanting consistent support and flexible weekly payments.

Vitamin/Wellness Only Consultation

Vitamin & Wellness Injection Consultation This one-time consult is for those interested in boosting energy, immunity, and overall wellness. We’ll review your health goals, medical history, and lifestyle to recommend the best vitamin injections (like B12, D, or C). You’ll get personalized guidance, info on benefits and side effects, and a plan to support your ongoing wellness.

If you’re ready, treatment can often be done the same day!
