Phentermine Medical Weight Loss

Phentermine is a prescription medication used to support weight loss by reducing appetite when combined with healthy nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes. During your initial consultation, our provider will perform a comprehensive medical evaluation to determine if phentermine is appropriate for you. Eligible patients are generally age 18+ with a BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥27 with a qualifying weight-related condition. Your visit includes a medical history review, weight, BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, medication review, and a personalized weight management plan. Monthly in-office follow-up appointments are required to monitor your progress, vital signs, and medication effectiveness. Continued treatment is based on provider evaluation and clinical response. Phentermine is a Schedule IV controlled substance and is prescribed only when medically appropriate. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for your initial visit.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Comprehensive HRT consultation for men and women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Your visit includes a review of your symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Common concerns include fatigue, low energy, weight gain, brain fog, mood changes, low libido, decreased muscle mass, erectile dysfunction, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, night sweats, irregular menstrual cycles, perimenopause, menopause, and age-related hormone decline. If appropriate, laboratory testing will be ordered to evaluate hormone levels and develop a personalized treatment plan. Treatment options may include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), estrogen, progesterone, and other evidence-based therapies based on your symptoms and lab results. Follow-up visits and repeat labs may be recommended to safely monitor treatment. Pellet therapy is not offered. Please bring a current list of all medications and supplements.

2-Week Follow-Up: Injectables

This 2-week follow-up appointment is designed to assess your results after DAXXIFY® and lip filler treatments. During your visit, we’ll evaluate healing, symmetry, and overall results to determine if any minor adjustments or additional units are needed to help achieve optimal outcomes. This appointment helps ensure balanced, natural-looking results and overall client satisfaction. Additional DAXXIFY® units during follow-up: $6 per unit

IV Hydration Therapy

IV hydration is an elective wellness service designed to support general hydration and overall well-being. This service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or medical condition. All IV formulas are sourced from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy (503A) and administered by a licensed medical professional under Arkansas IV therapy regulations. A brief health screening is completed before treatment to ensure you are an appropriate candidate. If you have symptoms of illness, infection, dehydration from medical causes, or require urgent care, you will be referred appropriately and cannot receive IV hydration. By booking this service, you acknowledge that IV hydration is elective, optional, and not a substitute for medical evaluation or emergency treatment.

Tretinoin may help improve the appearance of acne, fine lines, uneven skin tone, sun damage, and skin texture. During your visit, we’ll review your medical history, discuss your skincare goals, and create a customized treatment plan, including education on proper application, expected results, and potential side effects.
